An example of our beautiful iconic floral emblem. This isn't the true Golden Wattle methinks, because the leaves on this one are too narrow. It is just as beautiful though with a heavy fragrance which gave me a headache while I was trying to capture its beauty, so I'm glad I don't have one growing too near my house. They are out in force at the moment and, with so many different types, a joy to behold.
