ANIMAL CRACKERS VII - COCK-A-DOODLE DOOO

I was surprised to read that this beautiful plant is edible (the leaves used as a vegetable like a spinach apparently) and is very popular in Asia and Africa.  Celosia comes in a variety of shapes and colours and very easy to grow.
