Recently, someone was telling me about their mock orange (or murraya) and wondered if it would grow into a tree. Going by my shrub I said, "No". Then I saw this 'tree' down the road. The fragrance is overwhelming as you approach and it is busy with bees. Perhaps not a tree as such but it is one huge shrub.
