Nasturtiums are one of my all time favourite flowers, and I love how every part of the plant can be used.
The flowers in salads or stuffed or in a vase for that beautiful splash of colour, the leaves in salads or sandwiches (same as lettuce) and the seeds as a stand-in for capers! Yum....
Don't you just love the way they have of peeking so colourfully out from amongst the leaves? :)
