NO MISS MUFFET...

The early morning sun shone brightly today weaving a spell around this web and to be honest I'm not even sure there was a spider to be seen, let alone Miss Muffet. The photograph is deceptive because the web was only about 6cm across and I wouldn't even have noticed it without the sun dancing around it.

On the other side of the coin, this fellow doesn't seem to need a web as he waits on water.

  1. Love the web Sandy. It looks so pretty and delicate. The second shot of the spider is fab with all those little circles of water! Where did you take that one? ♥

  2. Thanks Pam, it was very tiny and I was a few metres away. The spider was taken on my last bushwalk at Scenic Rim.

  4. I can admire them and their work from a distance of course, but up close is a different matter. Ugh. Read about my spider dance here: http://snapshotsofbeauty.blogspot.com.au/2011/09/spider-dance.html
    Thanks for visiting Badger.
